WebClyde May’s is a neat Kentucky whiskey, made with a bourbon mashbill of 55% corn, 30% rye and 15% barley. The Alabama-style comes from the addition of apple juice, resulting in hints of apple and cinnamon. Quite simply, Clyde May is pure bourbon lite. Still a great whiskey for those who prefer bourbon over scotch or bourbon on the rocks.
