It was something like 30 minutes for players which was the max then it went in intervals down to 5 minutes for clothing and misc items. WebI love DayZ. I play everyday. But I’ve never learned how to build and don’t plan on it. Even whenever I’ve joined clans, I opt to be look out 🤷🏼♂️ ... Like they say it's not overly complex but it's very hard to gather the materials in one place between the despawn timers, surviving, and people trying to kill you. Reply WebMay 12, 2024 · * Barrels will despawn after 45 days, unless you interact with it's inventory, which will reset the timer. * In general - fences and watchtowers are meaningless since they don't prevent zombies and animals from entering (bug), can't shelter you from rain and you can't even place anything under or inside the towers.
