WebI am regretting sending in my Ionic back in March. The refund was "supposed" to take 4-6 weeks. I waited until the beginning of May to query about the status of my refund. I was told to contact the refund center at 1-888-240-2819. I was told that my watch was received but my refund "failed" on April 29, 2024.
