WebJun 5, 2024 · I'm surprised it's showing up in your Floor Plan View. That means you View Range Cut Plane is higher than normal. Typically, Floor Plan View Range Cut Plane is set at 4'-0". If you change it, the family will not show up in the View because it is above that Cut Plane. Here's some really good information to read about View Range.
