Switching the lighting system or the ignition off and back on has no effect; doesn't fix the issue. Usually if I cycle the high beam switch on and off quickly about 20 times it will eventually trigger, but the problem persists again after that. Does anyone know if there are any hidden relays/fuses that could be causing this. I have check all the normal fuses and relays. Would this be a replace unit job?

My lights are always stuck on high. I just bought the 6k HID lo/hi, before I had 6k lo beams. One of the new ballast's do not work. So I'm using a ballast from my 6k lo beam.
