Webb6 mars 2008 · Let me see if this will help. Think of the terminal symbols in the schematic as representing the screws or compression clamps. Each terminal symbol is one screw or compression clamp. So with my design method I don't bother with exactly what each screw or compression clamp will be until I get to the panel layout. Webb24 sep. 2016 · Insert wire into terminal block and screw down clamp or screw onto combined wire end + insulated end. The screw or clamp both makes contact with the conductor and also clamps the insulation rather than just the conductor. I'll add a diagram if this does not get run out of town on a rail.
