Web23 Dec 2011 · Hi Just looking for advice and some reassurance. I'm 37 weeks pregnant with first baby. Since yesterday I have had (quite severe)lower back pain that I'm struggling to walk with - I did do some cleaning yesterday but nothing excessive and felt utterly neurotic about getting it done (really emotional and fed up yesterday - my poor husband got the lot). WebThese symptoms may be a sign of pre-eclampsia. Vomiting and diarrhoea could be a sign of food poisoning or a tummy bug. If you’re vomiting, feverish and have pain in your side, lower back or around your genitals, it could mean you have a kidney infection. If you have these symptoms you should contact your doctor.
