Sizes of mz and intensity arrays don't match
WebbSizes [fixed on creation, no default]: number of pixels/voxels in each dimension. This quantity implicitly defines the image dimension. Origin [default is zero]: coordinates of the pixel/voxel with index (0,0,0) in physical units (i.e. mm). Spacing [default is one]: Distance between adjacent pixels/voxels in each dimension given in physical units. WebbFor example, if the image size is reduced (e.g. a 512x512 image is shrunk to 256x256) then Rows and Columns should be set appropriately. You must explicitly set these yourself; pydicom does not do so automatically. See Downsize MRI image using pydicom for an example. pixel_array can also be used to pass image data to graphics libraries for viewing.
